Andrew C. Palmer received a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona and holds a J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law. Andrew primarily focuses on patent prosecution and litigation as well as trademark prosecution. Andrew has experience drafting and prosecuting chemical, mechanical, electrical, and software-based patents. Andrew has done motion and discovery practice in Federal Court regarding patent litigation matters. Andrew has work experience with the patent assertion defense Korean law firm (Kim & Chang). Prior to his career as a lawyer, Andrew worked as a business consultant for Accenture. Andrew also has work experience at Chevron.
Andrew is a member of the California Bar and is admitted to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
